1. Appointment Confirmation: You must confirm your Zoom consultation at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to confirm will result in the appointment being automatically cancelled.
2. Punctuality: Please join the Zoom meeting on time. We respect your time and expect the same in return.

4. Preparedness: Have any necessary documents or questions ready for discussion.

1. Via Email Invite: You will receive a Zoom invitation email with the link to join the meeting. Click the link at the scheduled time, and you will be directed to the meeting room.
2. Zoom Download:
   If you do not already have Zoom installed, follow these steps:
   
   • Go to Zoom Download Center.
   • Download and install Zoom on your device (available for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android).
   • Open Zoom and use the meeting link provided in the email to join.
